January 2012 – Shaped Pouch Capability demonstrated @ Plastindia 2012:
For the first time in India, Mamata demonstrated live Shape Pouch Making machine at Plastindia 2012 exhibition held at New Delhi.
The shaped stand up pouches were made two up folded from a single web. Mamata demonstrated progressive punching to form shapes, made possible due to extreme control over web movement in X and Y Directions.

Mamata machinery launched it’s Universal Bag Machine Platform in Split draw Roll form.
It has all the features of our Universal Bag machine and gives you flexibility to run two (2) lanes for sizes upto 23 ½” and one (1) lane for sizes over 24″ width.
It has independent Servo driven Front and Rear Draw Rollers for excellent tension control on Attachment Platform (Sync Section).
Quick changeovers from side seal to Bottom seal to twin seal allows you to make a wide variety of bags on this machine.
Dual Film folding device (A-Frame) with space saving design and Bottom Gusseters mounted on the Folder gives you flexibility to run the bags with or without Bottom gussets. Independent Full width (1200 mm) Nip and Dancer allows you to run single Lane or twin lane without doing any mechanical changeovers. Its all at a press of button.
